Profile
Persona 3
Arcana Justice appears alongside Arcana Chariot during the August 6th Full Moon Operation. SEES tracked the duo to an underground bunker, where they learned that the Shadows had possessed a tank to serve as protection. As they engaged the enemies, it became clear that the entity was actually two Shadows; Chariot was the body, while Justice acted as the turret.
Eventually, the fiends separated and fought together. Justice's true form was revealed to be a diminutive, winged Shadow whose entire body seemed to be a giant face covered by the cross-visored mask common to all Justice Shadows.
The Chariot and Justice Shadows are initially fought as a single entity with 3000 HP, but after enough damage is done, they split apart, with half its remaining HP given to each part. If the player defeats one of the Shadows while leaving the other alive, the other will simply cast Samarecarm to revive the fallen one with full health. Thus, the player is forced to defeat them both with one attack, or defeat the Shadows while they are united.
As the Justice Shadow takes the form of a turret, its attacks are mostly Pierce-based. Fitting with its Arcana, it also occasionally casts Light magic as an alternative form of offense.

Meaning/Interpretation
As with all Shadow bosses, the Arcana Justice is reversed. Instead of representing unbiased reason, moderation of one's behavior and logic in the face of conflict, this particular incarnation represents corrupted reason, thinking with one's emotions, and an excess of desires which is detrimental to the self. The fact that the Arcana Justice is controlling the Arcana Chariot may represent corrupt leadership, or a mishandling or lack of moderation of one's desires. It may represent a dictator or fascist. See the Arcana Chariot page for a further interpretation.

Trivia
- In terms of appearance, Chariot and Justice appear to be based off of the Japanese Type 3 Chi-Nu tank, a medium tank built during the Second World War. The Chi-Nu is found in storage in the Japanese home islands, and not abroad, which fits the true history of the tank quite well; the Chi-Nu only being deployed to protect the Japanese home islands in case of an Allied invasion, which is accurate to where it was found.
