Apsaras (Sanskrit: अप्सरा) also known as Vidhya Dhari, according to Hindu and Buddhist mythology, are spirits that appear in the form of young, beautiful women who have mastered the fine art of celestial dance. They are the wives of Indra's servants, Gandharvas, and are known to entertain the gods and fallen heroes, dancing in the divine palaces to music made by their husbands. They are frequently equated with the water-elementalnymphs and naiads of Ancient Greece, and depictions of them can be seen in Cambodian and Balinese culture.

Apsaras can be found in the 4th and 5th stratums of Naraku. She can teach Flynn the Media, Dormina and Posumudi skills through her Demon Whisper. Apsaras is needed to fuse David using special fusion.
Apsaras is also the client in the Challenge Quest, "Tokyo Bay Mixer." She asks for Vasuki hides so they can make a rope in order for the gods to create the divine wine, Soma, in Tokyo Bay. She is found in Infernal Tokyo's Shinjuku. She is impressed that Flynn defeated two and mentions they'll always need more for the project. The quest can be done multiple times.

Apsaras can be found within Kanda-no-yashiro. She can teach the Diarama, Marin Karin, Posumudi and Mabufu skills during Demon Whisper. Apsaras benefits from learning Ice and healing skills.

Apsaras can be found in Shiba before a congregation of weaker demons praying to her, as means to give them shelter and help them grow. After subquests become available, she will ask the protagonist to put a stop to Leanan Sidhe's actions, as she feels that Leanan Sidhe is riling up weak demons with her seductive words, only leading them to despair once they realize how powerless they really are.
Should the protagonist side with Apsaras after speaking with Leanan Sidhe, the protagonist will receive Health Incense x2 and Apsaras will join the party, even should her level be higher.
The protagonist can also opt to side with Leanan Sidhe, stopping "The Water Nymph" subquest. Doing so will lead Apsaras in denial against the concept that her beliefs aren't the only absolute truth, attempting to get the protagonist to change his ways in hopes that there's still room for redemption. In battle, she'll be teamed up with 3 Agathion. Defeating her will get her to concede against his own means of helping the weak, as he has proven himself to be stronger. Although she disappears, her followers will still keep their loyalty to her teachings.

As the Temperance Arcana Social Link with Eri Minami becomes available shortly before the deadline for Yukiko's Castle, collecting Apsaras through Shuffle Time will allow faster completion of the Social Link without having to fuse her manually.
