Almighty Hand appears in the upper half of the second section of the Yabbashah Block within Tartarus. It will alternate between casting single-target and multi-target Ice and Light skills.
It reappears later in the second and third section of Ptolomea within the Abyss of Time.
Persona 4 / Golden[]
Almighty Hand appears in Chapters 5 and 6 of the Void Quest within the Midnight Channel. It will act as a support Shadow for the others accompanying it. When defeated, it may drop Electric Rock. Selling six Electric Rocks at Daidara Metalworks will unlock the Thunder Plate for Kanji Tatsumi in the shop. The Killing Hand sub-boss in Chapter 7 of the Void Quest will also summon Almighty Hands to support it during the fight.
In Golden, it may appear in Chapters 3 through 4, and 6 through 9 or be summoned by Supreme Hand. It can no longer cure ailments, but can instead boost its allies' critical rate with Rebellion, protect it (and other allies') weaknesses to ice with White Wall, or use God's Hand to attack. It may also drop Milky Quartz for trade at Shiroku Pub. The Killing Hand sub-boss will summon the Almighty Hand with its Persona 4 skill set.
