Mission 3[]

The protagonist, Lufel, Motoha, Shun and Riko need a plan to change Akashi's heart and made him confess his crimes.

When Riko mentioned that Akashi previously worked as a corporate consultant, and during that time, forced employees to be suspended or resign, and psychologically tormented them, in some cases leading to suicide, Yamanashi panics about it and saying she's forbidden from talking to it in public. Akashi talks to him about it.

They see Yamanashi's Shadow Self being trapped by a new, mouse wheel-like contraption by other shadows who are mocking him while he whimpers that he wants to keep his job until retirement, with a full pension, and he doesn't want a divorce not wanting his wife or his boss about Yamanashi's gambling addiction, lists out forms of gambling and he was only funding it with money from students' parents, but rescued by the Phantom Thieves. As the heroes continues their investigation, they find one of the rooms where a box pops up out of the floor, holding several pairs of smart glasses, with the words “red period” written on it and learned Akashi has an upsetting, hurtful, and traumatic past at the TV station as the director's assistant to do prime time while he was working on Exploring Dams Across Japan which the director is never allowed to change the format at all, but when he was used and betrayed by his ex-girlfriend who was an interviewer and his senior director for their desires such as his senior director had plagiarized his ideas of the cases that Akashi was working on for the programs he submitted just because Akashi is still an inexperienced assistant, and his ex-girlfriend was the one who cheated on him is the one who was slandering him about the money embezzlement he didn't do and was so mad, furious and hurt about Akashi's show and his former girlfriend, who abandoned him, were both taken away from him by his boss who act all high and mighty then a mysterious voice convinced Akashi into become evil to get back at his senior director and his ex-girlfriend for what they did to him.

If left unchecked, he'll continue to do so, and there will be more victims. Wind agrees- for the sake of Katayama, and all of Akashi's previous victims who committed suicide all because of him.

Wonder has a vision which shows that Akashi will kill Riko with a knife. When the heroes sent Akashi a Calling Card through Magatsushin, it triggers his Shadow Self and had confirmed his Shadow Self at the water tower, he tries to use his electrical powers to fight them, but he was forced to transform into Demogorgon by the shadows. When they defeated him, they changed his heart and bring him back to justice.
