Adamah Block.
Adamah (憂鬱の庭アダマ, Yuuutsu no niwa Adama)?, also known as "Garden of the Melancholy," is the sixth and final block of Tartarus in Persona 3.

Adamah opens up for exploration on December 31st, should the player choose to attempt to fight Nyx. SEES must then climb to the "promised place," the top of the block, by January 31st.
The block is strongly connected to the Judgement social link, as on the following floors, the link will go up a rank:

The area has a total of 49 floors, that go from 215F to 263F, with the section division being found at 254F and the preset floors being 220F, 228F, 236F, 244F, 252F, 258F and 262F. Second section is available for exploration on January 31st only. 263F has nothing but access points and stairs leading to the top of the tower.
Visually, it features shining, crystal-like walls and flooring. During battle, the sky heavily resembles Vincent van Gogh's The Starry Night.
The music of the Adamah Block is similar to that of the Harabah Block, but with an added violin track.

In both Persona 3 Portable and Persona 3 Reload, people from Tatsumi Port Island can wander into Tartarus during the Dark Hour. Elizabeth / Theodore will inform the protagonist that someone is currently in Tartarus. When the protagonist successfully rescues the victims, they will be rewarded the next day if they talk to Officer Kurosawa at the Police Station.

Etymology[]
"Adamah" (אֲדָמָה) means "soil," "earth" or "country" in Hebrew. It is also the name of the second world created in Kabbalah tradition.
