Profile

The tomb is located south of Martira. The place was originally built as a crypt to honor the noble family of Martira's status when Martira was a major stopping point between Oceana and Grand Trad, but as Martira diminished in influence and the nobles' descendants passed into obscurity, the tomb became abandoned and filled with monsters.

The location is unlocked by accepting Alonzo Crotalus (under the pseudonym "Cuculus")'s request "A Dagger, a Ring, and a Rake" in Martira, which in itself requires Rank 2 Imagination. It requires the party finds the Malnevo's Ring to return Grius's Memento and in succession establish a bond with him.

The tomb has several mimic treasure chests that will attack the party upon opening them. There are several traits to these mimics in the dungeon; not only do they drop loot after the end of battle anyway, but there are only three treasure chests disguised as mimics, and very early on. They can be identified by Gallica's Fae Sight ability prior to opening them.

The boss of the dungeon is inside a giant treasure chest, and defeating it will grant the party a key that leads to two doors: one containing the Malveno's Ring, a requirement to complete the quest by Cuculus, and another that leads to safe loot.
